FastNet Portal Help
Your FastNet Portal is a way for you to make changes to your account information, see invoices, make payments, see bandwidth usage, etc.
If this is the first time you have used your portal you don’t know your username and password unless this information was emailed to you. In that case click on I forgot my password. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and the characters in the security panel. (Note: as a security measure, the email you enter must match the email address we have on file.)
If you have any problems you can email us and we can send you your username and a temporary password.
